Do I have to pay sales tax?
Currently we only charge sales tax in California.

What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  Your credit card statement will show Rebel Spirit, Inc. as the charge.

Do you accept Paypal?
We do not accept Paypal at this time.

Can I pay by check/money order?
We do not accept check/money orders at this time.

Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately we cannot take phone orders at this time.  Our telephone staff is dedicated to customer service only.

If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?
Our customers’ privacy is very important to us and your information will only be used by our company.  Customers’ information are never disclosed or sold to any third party.

Where are your garments made?
Our garments are made in China, but our art design is created here in the USA.

How should I care for my items?
Since our garments use unique materials, it is recommended to air dry items and wash each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle. Some items are extremely delicate and should only be dry cleaned.  Prior to washing your garment, you can refer to the wash instructions on the garment.

How do you ship your orders?
Your order will usually ship within 1-2 business days from receipt by us by United Parcel Service.

How long will it take to receive my order?
It will take approximately 1-5 business days to be delivered within the United States.  International orders will longer depending on the location. During the holidays, processing time may increase due to backups.

What if an item is out of stock?
We make every effort to note on our website of availability of our products.  However, we may go out of stock on certain items due to popularity from time to time.  If this occurs, you will be notified promptly by e-mail.  The items that are not in stock will be cancelled or changed from your order and you will not be charged for those items. Items will usually come back in stock in the future so please check back for availability.

Can I return an item?
Yes.  Please review our return policy page for information on returns.
