Return Policy
Here at Rebel Spirit we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the purchases that you have made. With that in mind, domestic and international returns received within 30 days from the date the order was shipped are eligible for a full refund in accordance with the original payment method. All international exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Items must not have been worn or washed, and all original tags must be attached. Refund procedures may take 7-14 business days, you will receive an email notification upon completion.
General Return Policy
- All credits on returns will be made directly to the credit card used in making the purchase
- The original Online Purchase Receipt must accompany all returns.
- The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale, unless it is defective.
- The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
- The merchandise must be returned with vendor and price tags attached.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was sent.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Rebel Spirit does not refund customs, duties or taxes associated with International returns.
Items that do not comply with the above policy will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you do ship such items, Rebel Spirit will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.
